Laparoscopy

Laparoscopy is a modern surgical procedure that is done by placing a scope through the umbilical area to inspect the abdomen and pelvis. This is frequently done when a patient is experiencing pelvic pain or there is concern of an abnormality in the abdomen or pelvis.
