There are 2 phases to the program:
Jump-start your weight loss. Phase one makes your body rid toxic substances that block your metabolism. Lose up to 10 pounds in 2 weeks. This initial phase helps to correct your metabolism to enable your body to lose weight. You will also experience more energy, reduce hot flashes, and sleep better during this phase.
Once the weight has started to drop and your metabolism has been reset, continue weight loss and feel better while building lean muscle and burning fat.
